Our HR Database and pool of qualified and competent candidates from various disciplines (including skilled, semi skilled and un-skilled labour) will enable us to support our Clients with their business needs in terms of large workforce with short notice.

The required training of the outsourced workforce will handle by our Team as per the Agreement with Clients.

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of work, we guarantee the continuous availability of personnel in positions, and respond positively to the requests of our clients in case of replacement, removal or transfer of any of the outsourced personnel.

We help our Clients in supplying experienced and qualified workforce on outsource basis. By doing so, we take the full burden on our shoulders on behalf of our Clients, including but not limited to:

• All Contractual, Technical & Administration matters related to the outsourced personnel.
• The required training of the outsourced workforce will be handled by our Team as per the Agreement with Clients.
• In case the unlikely event that the Client intended to replace (removal or transfer) any of our outsourced workforce, we response and replace at the most immediate action.
  
  By adhering to the above, the smoothness of work flow of our Client will be granted.
